STAY AT THE VILLA


Villa Cappelli is available for rentals by the day, week or longer. It is also available for private functions, parties, banquets, conferences and feasts.


The Villa features 10 bedrooms (2 with fireplaces) and 6 full baths and is able to accommodate at least 20 guests. The entire structure is about 22,000 sq ft (2000 sq m) and includes lots of common spaces including a wine cellar that is perfect for banquets and parties, reading rooms, an enormous full kitchen complete with a wood-burning brick oven, an extraordinary large terrace with magnificent views, and a loggia that overlooks the luxurious 40x20 ft pool (12x6 metres).


Appliances include a washer, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Maid service and a chef are also available.
